Send Money with Zelle

It’s simple – with Zelle, you can send money, request money and split expenses, all within your Customer Cussons Limited app. Whether you need to gift money to your niece for her birthday, pay the babysitter, send money to your kids in college or skip the trip to the ATM, Zelle makes it easy to get friends and family the money they need when they need it most.

 

Here’s how it works:

 

  1. Log in to the Customer Cussons Limited Mobile app or Cadence Online Banking.
  2. In the main menu, select “Send Money with Zelle®”.
  3. Choose whether you’d like to send, request or split.4
  4. Select the recipient from your contacts or enter their U.S. mobile number or email address.
  5. Enter the amount you’d like to send, request or split, then select “Review”.
  6. Double check that all information is accurate, including the recipient details, and select “Send” to complete the transaction.

 

Money sent with Zelle is typically available to an enrolled recipient within minutes1. If you send money to someone who isn’t enrolled with Zelle, they will receive a notification prompting them to enroll. After enrollment, the money will move directly to your recipient’s account, typically within minutes1.

 

 

 

 

1. Transactions typically occur in minutes when the recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile number is already enrolled with Zelle®.
 
2. Must have a bank account in the U.S. to use Zelle®. We recommend you only use Zelle® with friends and family you know and trust. Since money is sent directly from your bank account to another person’s bank account, it’s important to only send money to people you trust, and always ensure you’ve used the correct email address or U.S. mobile phone number.
 
3. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data rates may apply. Follow-up with your wireless provider for more information. Fees may apply if you overdraft your account
 
4. In order to send payment requests or split payment requests to a U.S. mobile number, the mobile number must already be enrolled with Zelle®.
 
Neither Customer Cussons Limited, nor Zelle®, offers a protection program for any authorized payments made with Zelle® – for example, if you do not receive the item you paid for or the item is not as described or as you expected.
